Upon receiving a contract, our initial step is to kickstart the plan review process. During this phase, we meticulously scrutinize the construction documents to identify potential issues. These issues typically involve clashes with other trades due to space constraints, inaccuracies in piping and equipment sizing, as well as any deviations from code compliance. Once we've identified these concerns, we proactively address them by assembling a Request for Information (RFI) package, which often includes proposed solutions. This diligent approach to issue correction before commencing work is instrumental in saving valuable time and cost for all involved parties.

Onsite

When we arrive onsite, our first priority is to coordinate with the project's key stakeholders. We ensure that the work environment is prepared for the installation phase and verify that there have been no schedule changes. After this initial check-in with the principal, we engage in discussions with other trades to effectively plan and synchronize our installation efforts. The goal is to minimize the need for rework due to any clashes or conflicts. Subsequently, we proceed to lay out our work and initiate the installation process.

Material Management

We take great pride in our material management procedures, which are designed to ensure that we have the necessary materials precisely when we need them. Given the tight schedules common in construction projects, it's imperative that we eliminate time-consuming trips to supply houses and prevent job-stalling delays caused by the late arrival of critical items. After securing approval for a submittal package, we promptly order all fixtures and provide the principal with a comprehensive report, thus ensuring realistic and well-coordinated timelines.

When the project nears its end, our commitment extends to the meticulous completion of all punch list items and resolution of any outstanding issues.
