This project involves the commercial remodel of a community center space into a functional Natural Grocers store in Northglenn, CO. The scope includes installing and upgrading plumbing systems to support the specific needs of a grocery store, including food preparation, sanitation, and customer amenities.

Scope of Work

• Plumbing System Upgrades:
  Evaluated and upgraded the existing plumbing infrastructure to accommodate the operational requirements of a grocery store.Installed new water supply and drainage systems to support restrooms, food prep areas, and utility spaces.
• Restroom Build-Out:
  Renovated restrooms with water-efficient fixtures such as commercial-grade sinks, toilets, and faucets.Ensured compliance with ADA accessibility standards and local building codes.
• Food Preparation Areas:
