This project involved the remodel of 8 restroom groups across the Broadcom campus in Fort Collins, CO. The scope included complete demolition and replacement of all piping and fixtures to modernize the facilities and ensure long-term reliability.

Scope of Work

• Demolition:
  • Demolished all existing piping and fixtures across 8 restroom groups throughout the campus.
  • Cleared each restroom group in stages to prepare for full system replacement.
• Piping Replacement:
  • Installed all new water supply and drainage piping to support the remodeled restrooms.
  • Ensured new piping met current code requirements and integrated properly with the building's existing infrastructure.
• Fixture Installation:
  • Installed new commercial-grade fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and faucets, across all 8 restroom groups.
  • Selected durable, low-maintenance fixtures suited for a high-traffic corporate campus environment.

Results

The completed remodel delivered 8 fully renovated restroom groups across the Broadcom campus, each featuring entirely new piping and fixtures.
